Ahern, one of the leading mechanical and fire protection contractors in the United States, has an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Architect to be located out of either Madison, Milwaukee, Fond du Lac or Appleton.  If it is not out of Fond du Lac, training for the first 6 to 12 months will require you to be in Fond du Lac daily.  Building a first class reputation in the industry since 1880 did not happen by chance. How you will contribute:

The Business Intelligence Architect is responsible for all elements involved with the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of data reporting systems and tools. You will interface directly with key business representatives to gather and define reporting needs.  You will train others in the use of self-service reporting and data warehouse concepts. You will be charged with continuing to build out the company data warehouse and enterprise reporting structure, combining multiple data sources to fulfill the company standard and ad-hoc reporting requirements.  This is a highly visible position with the potential to create a major positive impact to the organization.

What you need to qualify:

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of related experience designing and developing data warehouse and integration solutions using both Microsoft SSRS and PowerBI. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Computer Science or Related Fields.  Experience with Snowflake and Talend is a plus.  If you are ready to demonstrate this expertise, Ahern wants you!
