How you will contribute:

The Business Analyst / Project Manager will take the lead role in identifying, quantifying, and implementing projects to improve business processes and systems.  You will be tasked with maximizing the use and efficiency with existing IT tools as well as leading the implementation of technology solutions to drive efficiency within the business units. The BA will work collaboratively with leaders and subject matter experts across the organization to implement operational improvements that focus on enhancing quality, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives. This role serves as a change agent for developing and encouraging a culture that is driven by best practice market leadership, quality, accountability, scalability and growth.

What you need to qualify:

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of related experience defining and managing multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity. Proven success collaborating with stakeholders who have a variety of different skill levels to design and document workflows, identify and validate business requirements, and create business change recommendations.
