How you will contribute:

As the Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of our customer service team supporting Sales and Customer Service Operations with proposal development, PO processing for vendor invoicing, running reports to support our sales growth and acting as the quality control agent for data integrity and consistency in processes.  If you are highly organized and enjoy multi-tasking responsibilities, this is the opportunity for you.

What you need to qualify:

Ideal candidates should bring to Ahern 2 years minimum administrative support type experience, preferably within the construction industry.  Those that will excel in the Administrative Assistant role will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast pace, deadline driven work environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), strong keyboarding/data entry skills, and accurate written communications are essential.   Previous experience working with a Contact Management software is desired.
