How you will contribute:

Leverage your customer service skills by supporting the Omaha team, primarily sales, engineering, field teams and external Omaha customers. Apply your organization and detail orientation by entering essential information into a variety of systems, maintaining email inboxes, reviewing job costs, as well as reviewing and cleaning up contract specifics. Responsibilities will also include running reports, data entry, billing and other administrative duties to support the team. This position is open to an individual working 32-40 hours. 

Managing and executing details will be critical to success of this role!

What you need to qualify:

Ahern will make the most of your Associate Degree or combination of education and experience. You can stand out above other candidates by having prior administrative experience. Candidates must have excellent communication, a high level of detail orientation, and organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with multiple projects going on simultaneously. Delivering the highest quality customer experience will be essential.
