How you will contribute:

This is a great opportunity to perfect your planning and organizing skills by performing month-end close tasks and preparing financial statements and reports for management.  Completing monthly general ledger account analysis and reconciliations will allow you to showcase strong problem solving skills. Maintaining and balancing fixed asset records while ensuring policy compliance will allow you to demonstrate a strong attention to detail. Generating and processing daily journal entries, preparing property and fixed assets, and participating in the annual audit will also be responsibilities of this role. Strive to become an instrumental team member by identifying areas for improvement. You will be challenged to excel beyond your expectations in a team-oriented environment.

What you need to qualify:

Ahern will help make the most of your Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance. Related internship and/ or work experience is required.  Candidates with more experience will be able to fully utilize their knowledge and capabilities. Being proficient in Microsoft Office and possessing a thorough understanding of a general ledger structure will be essential. Must be able to work in Fond du Lac five days per week. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.
